PAYMENT

International orders are shipped after prepayment.
Please note that payment is accepted exclusively from Ukrainian P/R, payment to IBAN, bank commission is paid by the payer.
The buyer calculates the amount of customs duty of the recipient country independently and additionally, if necessary, pays it independently.

DELIVERY

Delivery is carried out by the transport company Nova Poshta from a warehouse in the Kiev region.
The delivery term is kept at the forefront of the minds of the delivery transport company.

Nova Poshta

Contract delivery schedule:
Mon-Fri Orders until 16:30 will be sent on the same day at 17:00.
Sat-Nd Orders until 14:30 are due on the same day at 15:00.
The dispatch is valid every day.
Orders worth over 2000 UAH are delivered free of charge, and in the event of a payment on delivery, the payment will be charged in accordance with the tariffs of Nova Poshta.

Ukrposhta

Delivery schedule:
Mon-Sat Orders until 14:30 will be sent on the same day at 15:00.
Orders received on Saturday after 14:30 will be sent on Monday.
The dispatch is valid every day or a week.
Orders for amounts over 2000 UAH are delivered free of charge.
