Cream ELENEON-H / ELENEON-H contains hydroquinone, which lightens dark areas of the skin. It works by blocking the process in the skin that leads to discolouration. Tretinoin improves the appearance of the skin by reducing fine lines and wrinkles, roughness and improving skin colour. To help eliminate hyperpigmentation of the skin and reduce the appearance of age spots, freckles and other skin discolorations. Lightens dark areas of the skin.

Skin colour comes from a natural pigment called melanin. Melanin pigment is synthesised in special cytoplasmic organelles in skin cells called melanosomes. Inside the melanosome, the enzymatic conversion of the amino acid tyrosine to melanin is catalysed by the enzyme tyrosinase. Melanosomes in the darker part of the skin are more active than those found in normal skin. The ingredients in ELENEON-H cream counteract this process in different ways, acting not only on melanosomes but also on the tyrosinase enzyme. The results will vary depending on your specific skin condition and the amount of exposure you receive. Although initial improvement is often seen within 2 weeks of using the cream, full results usually appear after 2-3 months of regular use.

USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

A dual-action hyperpigmentation treatment that helps reduce scars, marks, blemishes, acne scars, stretch marks, dark circles under the eyes and burn scars. Suitable for all skin tones.
 
Only one application per day at bedtime is recommended. 

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

• Do not go out in the sun after applying this cream. 
• When using a product with tretinoin, try to spend minimal time in the sun, use sunscreen, wear a hat even when the sun is not shining.
• Avoid using a solarium.
• Avoid being in the cold and in strong winds.
• In case of skin burns caused by the sun, stop using the product with tretinoin until the skin recovers.
• In case of skin irritation, excessive dryness, redness, peeling, reduce the amount of the product or use it less often. It is better to stop using it for a while after consulting a specialist.
• Do not use the product with tretinoin in combination with other skin products that may increase skin irritation.
• It is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women, as well as children under 10 years of age.

PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEDING

Do not use this cream if you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant or plan to become pregnant. 

STORAGE CONDITIONS 

The cream should be stored at room temperature not exceeding 25°C. Do not freeze, keep the tube tightly closed and keep it out of the reach of small children.
